Dating to 1726 as a coaching inn, this Lincoln Green Brewing flagship reopened in 2014 and is now widely regarded as the area's best cask outlet, with up to 20 hand pulls plus 30 gins and 40 whiskies. It has won CAMRA Pub of the Year and National Cider Pub of the Year, and adds quizzes, live music, gin tastings and a sun terrace. A must-visit for ale enthusiasts and anyone wanting a characterful, dog- and family-friendly traditional pub.
