Castle Rock is one of Nottingham's best-known independent breweries, and its tour gives you a 45-minute look behind the scenes with a multi-award-winning brewing team. The standard package includes the guided tour, two half-pints of your choice and the chance to pour your own pint of their flagship Harvest Pale, with a meal upgrade available. Monthly Saturday tours run with pre-booking essential (via the Vat and Fiddle); it's a great outing for beer fans, friends and visitors, with the art deco brewery tap right beside the railway station.
