Running for over 20 years, this guided ghost walk leads you on an easy half-mile loop through Nottingham's atmospheric Castle Quarter, packed with tales of hauntings, history and the macabre. It starts from Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem and finishes in the ancient caves beneath Ye Olde Salutation Inn, taking around 90 minutes to two hours. Walks run every Saturday at 7pm (plus midweek dates in summer), with tickets available from the guide or the Trip to Jerusalem bar; it suits visitors, couples and anyone after an evening with a spooky, theatrical edge.
